  • filet mignon steaks

    Place filet mignon steaks in an 8 inch square baking dish.

    Mix olive oil , butter (melted) , Greek seasoning , garlic powder , Lawry's seasoning salt , and beef bouillon cube .

    Pour the mixture over the steaks.

    Bake at 350 for ⏱️ 20-25 minutes for medium rare.

    Add ⏱️ 5 minutes for each degree of doneness.

    The remaining liquid may be served like au jus for dipping steak or crusty bread.
